1. "Maki Donarudo" is intended to sound like "Maku Donarudo," the Japanese form of "McDonaldÆs." The joke perhaps does not come across very well due to poor pronunciation. Her full name is said only once in the video itself, and twice (pronounced very badly) in the ending trailer.
This whole shot is probably the most confusing (and most re-clipped) in the whole video. The idea here is that Maki & Vina filmed a TV ad for MakiÆs Power Drink, and are screening it at a NIMH meeting.
2. This shot and others like it, in which a character (such as Gomer) would put his/her hand behind his/her head, had several joke options. The "smell my armpit" joke lost out to the "headache THIS big" and "IÆm too sexy" jokes.
Maki was supposed to say "Yes, me too," after GomerÆs line, but it was dropped because the actress was unavailable during the time we had the applauding crowd assembled. The line was intended to ham up the "power drink advert." This is the Becky Dion "Maki."
3. This is perhaps the only line to survive unaltered from the original draft of 4F. Surprisingly, it still gets laughs, despite the fact that its non-sequitur style now seems out of place in the body of the rewritten script.
